Classes and Events
Below are the descriptions and links for the classes and other events we have going on at the gallery in the near future. We're really excited for these classes, and we hope you decide to join us! The cost for each class is $30, but we're offering a bundle of any five classes for $125. Register below, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you're interested in this bundle.
Matt Mulford | October 7th
We visited Matt this summer and loved his animal illustrations! He will teach a wide range of basic drawing techniques in a fun, relaxed atmosphere, using simple exercises designed to build confidence and tap your imagination. Matt considers inspiration and imagination to be the foundation for the creative life, so they are key components to his teaching.
Mike Scieszka is back! | October-December
Mike will give several weeks of online acrylic instruction via Skype this fall. Each week will have a different topic. We will host him on our big monitor, and Melissa will help facilitate. There will also be an online Facebook group, which you can use throughout the weeks to check in with classmates and get feedback from Mike and Melissa! Register below.
Open Studio Hours Saturday afternoon!
Saturday from 12-3pm we open up the classroom area for artists to work on their own projects. They would love for more people to join them! It’s a great opportunity to be around other creative people, to see a variety of art mediums being used and to get feedback (if you want it) from others. We have a great time! It’s just a $10 studio fee, and we always have plenty of coffee and treats around. Please contact me if you are interested or have any questions. No need to register; drop in some time!
